Volunteering

KCS loves volunteers – they help us to give the cats extra hands-on attention! Not only do they play/brush/generally give love to our boarders, but they also help with filming the video updates we send to owners.

If you’re interested in gaining experience with cats or just simply a cat lover who wants to meet all the kitties, we would be happy to have you.

Please note that while we do sometimes look to promote interested volunteers into paid positions, volunteers cannot receive any compensation.

Please note volunteers must be at least 14 years of age. Any volunteers under 18 will need a guardian to sign their waiver.

Availability(Required)

We usually try and have volunteers commit to one or two days per week for 1-2 hours per visit. Our front desk is open 10-noon and 2-4 Mondays thru Saturdays (closed Sundays) and you would be welcome to volunteer anytime during these open hours.
