Flea Treatment

Please bring your kitty flea-free. If ever questionable, Advantage or similar flea treatment will be administered. Cats with a flea problem must sadly be refused. Please plan ahead.

Insulin

KCS can administer insulin for willing kitties. If your cat may not be as willing, we can deliver them to a local vet as needed - please see Driving Miss Kitty.

Medications may be administered after hours, by appointment. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

Other

Should kitty need extra attention  (ie: they are not willing to eat or be medicated), we will either have our Kitty Taxi deliver to them to the vet, or we will make best efforts to calm and then medicate them by giving additional playtime and love after hours, when it is especially quiet.

Mani/Pedi

While KCS prefers you trim your kitties nails prior to check in, if you are not comfortable doing so, KCS offers a Manicure (front paws) for $20 and a Manicure/Pedicure (front + back paws) for $30. Please note – if your kitty will be boarding and is on life threatening meds, we strongly suggest they arrive with their nails clipped prior, so we are able to safely medicate them while you are away.

Kitty Caps

KCS offers Soft Paw nail caps, in clear or a variety of darling colors. Kitty caps last about 2 months, give or take 2 weeks (cats claws shed cyclically, so caps fall off at time of natural shedding). Most kitties have no idea they are wearing them, making them stress-free for kitty. Your kids and furniture will love you! Please note, Kitty Caps are for indoor-only kitties. Outdoor kitties need their nails for self-defense.

Purrsonal Trainer

Your kitty’s not fat, she’s fluffy! Okay, maybe she’s fat. No worries, at KCS, we have Personal Trainers that will exercise your kitty to their heart-health’s content (drag string, play with laser toy, throw balls, encourage them up and down stairs, etc). Video mail included.

Basic Brushing

For those kitties that love a quick 'feel good' comb or brushing, KCS offers a 5 minute option.

Brushing or Furminating

If your kitty needs furminating, or a serious brushing, KCS has their back. Want proof? Bag of fur included upon check out!

Kitty Clean Up

For kitties that have a hard time during transport KCS offers Kitty and/or Carrier Clean Up, when needed.

Hammocks & Electricity

KCS offers Hammocks and/or Electricity at the rate of $2 a day. Please note that Hammocks are available in all room sizes except the Princess. Both are 'by appointment' as only some rooms are equipped.

Baby Food

Should kitty not appear to be eating or drinking, KCS will offer warm kitty-safe baby food or human grade meat to entice them. For kitty's safety, KCS reserves the right to add this option, as we deem necessary.

Kitty Grass

Organic cat grass in a pot, delivered fresh, right to kitty’s door. Lasts about 4 days.

Cat-nip Night Cap

Kitty Massage

Kitty Conference Call

KCS offers live, real time video chatting with your cat. You will hear/see your kitty, and your cat will hear/see you too. All you need is an Internet line and a computer equipped with a camera (most Macs have this). Let your kitty know you are okay, and see how your kitty is doing in our care. Kids LOVE Kitty Conference Call!

One Night Stand

A Kitty Worshiper will cuddle your kitty/kitties the whole night through in the KCS Bedroom Suite. Comes with real bed, soft bedding, electric fireplace, Cat Nip Night Cap, Private Playtime and more. By appointment only.

Carrier Rental

All KCS kitties are required to arrive and depart in a carrier for their safety. If you would like to use one of ours, they are available at the rate of $5. Unreturned carriers will result in a purchase charge of $45 after 3 days.

Driving Miss Kitty

Kitty need a ride? Let us know when/where and we'll pick them, drop them off and wait with them if desired. This includes airport transfers and customs clearances. By appointment only. Rates start and end at KCS.

$20 per ½ hour increment + $1 per mile.

GPS Collars

While KCS strongly encourages guardians to fly their pets inside airplane cabins, in the event that you have no other option (ie: international flights), KCS rents GPS collars. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THE AIRLINES TO SAFELY TRANSPORT YOUR PET IN THEIR LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT – there are many things you can do to lessen the chance of tragedy. If you need more information on the hundreds of pets injured, killed and forever lost by airlines yearly, please contact KCS.

Kitty Escorts

Traveling across the US or abroad? KCS offers National and International Kitty Escorts. Our Kitty Escorts will first befriend your cat while in our facility, then travel with your kitty every step of the way (booking pet-friendly hotels as needed), delivering your kitty right into your loving arms.
